Spaghetti BELLA CAMILLA
Ingredients: serves 4 persons
- 350g spaghetti
- 300 gr Tomatoes
- n. 2 Eggplant
- n. 1 Onion
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Bella Camilla
- small spoon salt
Preparation: easy 40 minutes
- Wash , dry and slices the eggplant about 1 cm thick.
- Grill the eggplant slices on both side and chop then in small pieces.
- Peel tomatoes and chop in small pieces.
- Chop onion finely.
- In a frying pan add 4 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil with onion. Cook for 2 minutes then added chopped eggplant , salt and tomato, cook for 10 minutes.
- Cook Spaghetti in salted boiling water , drain and then mix with sauce in the pan and stir with a wooden spoon with low fire for 2 minutes.
- Now spaghetti Bella Camilla is ready to serve. Add some drops of Bella Camilla extra virgin olive oil for flavoring.
