Spaghetti della Mamma

Ingredients : serves 4 persons

  • 350 gr Spaghetti
  • N. 6 tomatoes
  • N. 1 Onion
  • N. 2 sausages
  • N. 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil BELLA CAMILLA
  • N. 2 chilly pepper and half spoon salt

Preparation: 20 minutes

  1. Cut sausage in small rings

  2. Chop Tomato, onion and chilly finely

  3. Heart Bella Camilla Olive Oil in frying pan with chopped, onion, , chilly and cook for 2 minutes

  4. Add the small sausage rings and cook for 2 minutes

  5. Add chop tomato and cook for 10 minutes

  6. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water, then drain

  7. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the pan with sauce and stir with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes

  8. Added salt and pepper if you like

SPAGHETTI AGLIO E OLIO

Ingredients: serves 2 persons

  • 150g spaghetti
  • 2 big garlic cloves
  • 4 spoons extra virgin olive oil Bella Camilla
  • 1 or 2, up to your taste, dried hot red chili
  • 1 tbsp (30g) sea salt

Preparation: easy 20 minutes

  1. Set plenty of water to boil in a pasta pot. Only when boiling add the 2 tablespoons of sea salt, drop spaghetti in and give a stir. It will take you 7 minutes to cook spaghetti "al dente".
  2. While spaghetti are cooking start to heat the olive oil in a large pan use a non-stick one. Slice the 2 garlic cloves finely, add the chili broken in 2 or 3 pieces, fry until the garlic begins to turn golden.
  3. When spaghetti are done, drain and shake them in a colander. Turn immediately into the pan, mix well spaghetti with olive oil. Let it simmer together for 1 minute, and if you want add parmesan cheese and some drops of Extra Virgin Bella Camilla.
  4. Spaghetti with garlic and olive oil is ready to serve.
