How to make italian EGGS pasta

Ingredients: serves 6 -8 persons

  • 2 cups (gr.450) flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil Bella Camilla
  • salt

Preparation 40 minutes

  1. Prepare your working surface and place a heap of flour on it, and on the top make a well in the center. Break the 3 eggs with the white and start beat them with a fork.
  2. Add a pinch of salt with the tablespoon of EXTRA Virgin Bella Camilla oil, and begin with the fork to pound the flour with the eggs.
  3. When all ingredients are completely absorbed start working the pasta dough by hands, knead over your working surface several times until the dough is smooth. Cover it or wrap it and set aside for at least 30 minutes up to 2 hours to relax.
  4. Place the dough in a wooden pastry board slightly with flour. Begin by hands to flatten into a disc, then continue to roll with a pin until less than 0,04 inch (1mm) almost transparent.
  5. Now the pasta sheet is ready to be rolled up and sliced into stripes to make lasagne or fettuccine.
